My hiyashi tanuki was too salty. It wasn't bad, but could have been much better with a sweeter sauce. I tried Keiko's kake udon, and that was much better. I would have given the hiyashi tanuki alone a '6'. Portions were fine, business was steady, service was okay, if a little slow due to the massive popularity.
