Weird taste of karashi, but it added some distinctiveness.

The noodles were excellent. They're chewy and silky; that's the combination I really like! One definite difference compared to other stores is the karashi. It has the spice named "sansho", which is used to season unagi (eel). If you're not used to that flavor, you might feel something like Chinese medical herbs. But the karashi makes eating this udon very memorable. The people are very welcoming and nice.
Overall:
I would recommend this place very much.
