Peter:
Not bad, but definitely not up to the high standards of the Yoshida Udon Federation. It was small and not terribly friendly inside, so I didn't feel comfortable taking a lot of pictures.

By looking at the name of the store, I can tell that this isn't real Yoshida Udon. So, I shouldn't have expected Yoshida Udon. The udon has almost no toppings. Portions were little, and not fulfilling. Even though I'm not a big eater, they were still small portions. About the broth, it tasted like Vietnamese Pho (know what I mean?) I had tempura udon, and the tempura had finely shredded onions and carrots. Noodles were soft and thin, very silky (as one would expect from Sanuki-style Udon), but the flavor was very plain. Service was fine. One reason why it will be difficult to get there, was the tiny parking lot, combined with a busy street out front.
Overall:
Not recommended if you want real Yoshida Udon.
